Dear Friend,
Johanna and Louisa are just two of over 200 students that College and Career Pathways has served this year, and one of the many students whose lives will be changed by the important work that we do.
College and Career Pathways, Inc. (CCP) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that offers school-site and community-based college access and career exploration services to students from underserved populations. Our mission is to facilitate access to postsecondary institutions for these students, and increase their awareness of the wide range of educational and career opportunities available to them.
CCP relies upon donations from our friends and community partners like you to support our efforts to change lives and provide students with new educational opportunities. Our goal is to help them understand that their dreams are within their reach!
